Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a return, please ensure that your item:

  • Is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Is accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
